The LifeBridge Platform, which will also have a mobile application, will manage all organ and tissue donation and transplantation processes in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The solution includes detailed descriptions of potential donors, the entry of patients with potential clinical conditions for donation, and active searches for cases with potential progression to brain death. Additionally, the platform ensures that all medical exam reports are conducted according to the rules and deadlines established by national legislation.
Complete Management of Transplant Logistics
Once implemented, the LifeBridge Platform will also facilitate communication between those responsible for the potential donation and reception of organs, overseeing and managing the entire logistics of organ and tissue transport. This will ensure that the process is carried out efficiently and without any setbacks. Finally, integration with the national unified list will allow for the certification of the implantation of the organ or tissue in the designated recipient, ensuring that the system operates according to the highest standards of quality and safety.
