With that in mind, one of our clients, a construction company, consolidated for over 40 years throughout the national territory, decided to elevate its administration with the ConstruSystem, a Management System for the construction area.
CHALLENGES
Firstly, the challenge was to develop a platform that could encompass management for civil construction and various demands and projects.
As the management of multiple works at different stages simultaneously, managing costs and deadlines to complete projects within budget and schedule. We also needed to include fleet management through supply control, machine and equipment movements, among other daily demands of the construction area.
HOW WE HELP
Therefore, we created a solution for automation and contract management construction and asset management in works aimed at the public in the construction and paving sector.
Bringing easy control actual and estimated costs, deadline and quality, as well as material costs and working time, all in one place.
The system is structured in modules, with emphasis on the contract, engineering and fleet management. It has Web application for maintaining data, contracts and access, in addition to providing information for managers and a mobile application that allows information to be collected in real time on construction sites.
Thus, the system was built in microservices architecture which allows greater scalability as needed and offers hiring as SaaS and APIs with endpoints for integration with other applications.
RESULTS
In this way, our client presented reduction to zero in the problems in receiving materials at construction sites. Significant reduction in fuel waste with the implementation of traceability and control of fuel consumption. And, of course, effective control of the use of PPE, ensuring that 100% of the PPE is used properly, increasing worker safety and reducing the risk of accidents.
